Technical - Software Support Specialist
We have an immediate opening in Wichita.
At IOS, our certified software specialists install the software and hardware we sell. Our team works with our clients from the very beginning at the design phase, through implementation. We’re there after the install too, with our post go-live support that features a help-desk, eSupport, and on-site support.
Do you have an Associate Degree or comparable work experience? Are you proficient with Microsoft SQL Server, O/S and Networking? If you can say yes and are a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision, contact IOS right now. Sales - Records Management Specialist
IOS is looking for an individual to market Records Management, the storage of hard copy with web retrieval from our Records Center. Ideally the candidate will have significant experience in selling business to business and demand creation. This position is primarily salaried with benefits and training. This sales position involves the marketing of our various software offerings of Hyland, EMC, and FileBound, our document scanning services, and our Professional Services Group. A document management background is not a prerequisite but business to business selling experience, demand creation, and a technical acumen are all key.
