Cook Medical centralized all of their order processing to Bloomington, Indiana, and were processing 1,500 sales orders a day. They required a staff of 11 people to meet the data entry requirements of processing the sales orders the same day and shipping the product to the client in 24 hours or less. Cook Medical had an annual projected growth rate of 10% per year and was looking for a solution to process the sales orders faster.
