No two businesses are exactly alike—even if they’re in the same industry. That’s why Imaging Office Systems (IOS) takes time to understand your industry and your business. With experience in a variety of vertical markets, we tailor our state-of-the-art content management systems for your company—not the competition.
Our sales process has four simple steps—an initial meeting, a business assessment, an informal solutions presentation and a formal sales presentation—designed to determine if IOS is a good fit for your firm. In the end, prospective clients are assured they’re making good business decisions that address their needs today—and in the future. |

Initial Meeting
Rather than talking, we prefer to listen during our first meeting. Our goal is to identify areas of your business that may benefit from content management through an imaging system or document conversion.
Survey
To ensure a content management system will provide tangible benefits—financial and otherwise—IOS conducts a thorough assessment of a prospective client’s business. A detailed process review looks at document flow, paper volumes, retention schedules, retrieval volume, workflow and user skills. A technical review checks infrastructure, IT capabilities, software and hardware compatibility and networking.
When the assessment is complete, an IOS account representative reviews all data, organizes results and outlines general recommendations for a system and/or services.
Informal Presentation
While document management is our business, IOS account managers understand it can be complicated for those without experience. Our informal presentation gives prospective clients an opportunity to ask lots of questions about IOS’ proposed solution. We’ll make recommendations and present a return on investment (ROI) analysis weighing the pros and cons of various approaches to content management.
Formal Presentation
By the fourth stage of the IOS sales process, prospective clients are satisfied that a content management system will produce tangible results — and positive ROI. Utilizing all of the feedback gathered throughout the process, IOS account representatives will make a formal presentation which includes a proof of concept.
